Delete your account

1. Open Dairywala and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete all data.
3. Type the word it asks for and confirm. The typed confirmation is deliberate — this cannot be undone.

Your phone must be online. The app removes the records from our servers first, then clears the copy held on the device.

If you cannot open the app — a lost phone, a number you no longer use — email support@dairywala.in or send a WhatsApp message to +91 8445004724 from the mobile number the account uses. We delete it within 7 days and write back to confirm.

• Your account and the mobile number it is registered against.
• Every milk collection entry, with its weight, fat and rate.
• Your members, their details and their balances.
• Payments, product sales and bills.
• Rate charts you uploaded or that were built for you.
• Your dairy name, profile and app settings.

Two things outlive the account, and only because the law requires it:

• Payment records for any subscription you bought — the amount, date and invoice. Indian tax rules require these to be kept for 8 years. They are financial records only; they carry no milk, member or rate data.
• Anonymous usage counts already folded into totals, which cannot be traced back to you or separated out again.

Nothing else is retained. We do not keep a shadow copy of a deleted dairy’s records, and we do not sell or share them.

Deletion cannot be reversed, and we cannot restore an account once it is gone. If you only want to stop paying, you do not need to delete anything — a subscription simply lapses on its own. If you want a copy of your records first, ask us and we will send them before deleting.
