Dairywala (“we”, “our”) makes dairy-management software for dairy operators in India. This policy covers two apps: the Dairywala app and its companion Dairywala SMS app. It explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.
Dairywala SMS — the short version
Dairywala SMS is a messaging app. When you choose it as your phone’s messaging app, it can read and send text messages so that milk receipts reach farmers automatically from your own SIM.
Your messages never leave your phone. Message content is not uploaded, not stored on our servers, not shared with anyone, and not used for advertising or analytics. It is read on the device and stays on the device.

Sending uses your own SIM and your own mobile plan, so your operator may charge you for each message at their normal rate. We do not add any charge and we do not route messages through our servers.
If you stop using Dairywala SMS as your messaging app, it stops using these permissions immediately.
Dairywala — what we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the app you see. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

What we never collect
- The content of your text messages, on any server of ours
- Your location
- Health, biometric, or card-payment details
- Browsing or search history outside our apps
- Anything for advertising or cross-app tracking
Who else touches it
We use Google Firebase services as processors on our behalf: Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Crashlytics, Analytics, Cloud Messaging and Remote Config. They are covered by Google’s own privacy policy. No data goes to advertising networks or third-party trackers.
Your choices
- Revoke any permission at any time in your phone’s Settings. The features that need it will stop working, nothing else changes.
- Choose a different messaging app whenever you like — Dairywala SMS then stops reading or sending messages.
- Ask us to delete your account and its records by writing to the address below.
Children
Our apps are for dairy businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date at the top.
