Terms of Use

Dairywala is a mobile app for dairy operators to record milk collection, manage members, calculate rates and produce bills and reports. These terms cover how you may use it, and what you get if you buy a paid plan.

Dairywala is a product of DairyStack Private Limited (CIN U62011UP2026PTC253344), which operates the service. Registered office: 0 Radhey Radhey Colony, Jugramau, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh 206001, India.

Your account

  • You sign in with your mobile number. Keep access to that number safe — anyone who can receive your one-time code can reach your data.
  • The records you enter are yours. We store them so the app works across your devices and survives a lost phone.
  • One account is for one dairy business. Do not share sign-in access with people you would not trust with your books.

Messages we send you

We use the number you sign in with to reach you. Three kinds of message go out on it:

  • Your sign-in code. Sent every time you log in. This one cannot be turned off — the account will not open without it.
  • Messages about your own dairy. A payment receipt, a reminder that your plan is ending, a day you did not record any milk.
  • Updates about the app — new features, and occasional offers on paid plans.

These arrive on WhatsApp or SMS, at your operator’s normal rates. By creating an account you agree to receive them.

You can stop the last two at any time. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or write to support@dairywala.in. We stop within one working day. Your sign-in code keeps coming, because signing in needs it.

Free period

Every account gets a free period. The app shows the exact date your free period ends, and warns you before it does. You do not need to enter any payment details to use the free period.

Paid plans

  • A paid plan gives you access for the number of days you paid for, counted from the date of payment.
  • Plans do not renew on their own. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to pay again. There is no auto-debit, no mandate and no saved card.
  • When a plan ends you keep everything you have already recorded — members, past entries, bills, payments and reports all stay readable. Only adding new milk entries and new members pauses until you buy again.
  • Payments are collected by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

What we ask of you

  • Use the app for your own dairy business, lawfully.
  • Do not attempt to break, copy or resell the service.
  • The figures the app calculates are a tool, not professional advice. Check anything that matters before paying a farmer on it.

Availability

The app works offline and syncs when you have signal. We aim to keep the service running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We are not liable for losses arising from an interruption, beyond refunding a paid plan for the affected period.

Ending your use

You may stop using the app at any time. If you want your data deleted, contact us on the helpline and we will remove it. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.
