For a village collection centre
Two rushes a day, a queue that cannot wait, and a union chart you did not write.
The whole job is measured in seconds per member. The can goes on the scale and the litres appear; the analyser reads fat and SNF and they appear; you type the member's code and the rate and amount are already there. A slip prints on the Bluetooth printer before the next can is lifted.
Your union's chart works as a chart. Import it from Excel or CSV, or photograph the printed sheet and send it — a person builds it and it lands in your app, usually within about half an hour. When rates are revised by a rupee, one tap moves every cell together.
When the tower goes down, nothing stops. Entries save to the phone and go up to the cloud when the network returns.
At the end of the cycle every member's bill is already built — opening balance, every litre, goods taken, payments made, closing balance. Print it or send it on WhatsApp.
