Everything Dairywala does
One page per thing the app actually does, each with the limits worth knowing before you buy rather than after.
- Milk collection entryThe screen the whole dairy runs on. Morning and evening kept apart, repeats caught, and only the boxes that member needs.Read more
- Copy Scan — photograph the registerReads a handwritten register page or a printed machine slip into entries, matches names to your member list, and shows you everything before saving.Read more
- Bills, slips and statementsA statement per member for the cycle: opening balance, every litre with its readings, goods taken, payments, closing balance. Print it or send it.Read more
- Payments and duesRecord what you paid suppliers and what customers paid you, by cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque, tagged to a billing cycle.Read more
- Works without internetRecording never waits for a network. What does need internet is deleting — and this page says so rather than burying it.Read more
- Farmer passbookSwitch it on and any active member with a phone number can sign in and see their own entries, payments and balance — and change nothing.Read more
- Speak the entrySpeak a member, litres and fat and the entry form fills in. There is also a spoken confirmation after each save.Read more
- Bring your union's rate chartExcel and CSV import on the phone, or send a photo or PDF and a person builds the chart into your app, usually within about half an hour.Read more
- Reports and earningsDay-wise, purchase and sale reports that print and share, plus an earnings view with margin per litre and your top suppliers and customers.Read more
- Members and their accountsSuppliers and customers with account codes, categories, their own pricing, and a per-member choice of how they are told about an entry.Read more
- Goods on accountSell goods to a member, take it off what you owe them at settlement, and watch stock come down as you sell.Read more
- Printing on a Bluetooth printerPrints collection slips, product slips and full reports on a Bluetooth thermal printer, in every language the app carries.Read more
- Eight Indian languagesThe whole app in eight languages, and a picker that shows each language in its own script so a wrong tap is easy to undo.Read more
- The same dairy on a computerA web dashboard on the same account for the desk work — collection, members, bills, payments, reports and analytics.Read more
