If your chart is already a spreadsheet, import it on the phone — Excel and CSV both work.
If it is a printed sheet on the wall, photograph it or send the PDF. The app first checks the picture really is a rate chart, then sends it to a queue where a person builds it and publishes it to your app. The app tells you to expect it in about thirty minutes. That is a person, not a machine, and we say so.
A published chart reaches your phone while the app is open — no restart, no reinstall.
When your union revises rates by a rupee, one tap moves every cell up or down together. The shift is refused outright if it would take any rate below zero, and imported charts are checked against a ceiling of ₹200 a litre so a stray digit cannot become a payout.
