Reports and earnings
What you bought, what you sold, and the margin between them — for any dates you pick.
Three reports print and share: a day-wise detailed report, a purchase report and a sale report. Each carries every entry with its readings, rate and amount, and each can go to a PDF, a thermal printer or WhatsApp.
The earnings view answers the business question rather than the bookkeeping one: total bought and sold in litres and rupees, average buying and selling rate, margin per litre, milk profit, product revenue and cost, combined profit and profit percentage.
It also shows your top five suppliers and top five customers by volume for the period, and the whole dairy's payable and receivable.
If any product sale in the period is missing its cost price, product profit is withheld rather than shown wrongly. A blank is a question. A wrong profit is a decision made on a lie.
