Copy Scan — photograph the register
Photograph a page of your handwritten register and the rows fill themselves in.
This is how a dairy moves off paper without retyping months of records. Point the camera at a register page and every row is read: member, litres, fat, SNF, CLR.
Names are matched to your member list by sound, not spelling, so the usual handwriting confusions between similar Hindi letters are handled. Each row is marked high, medium or low confidence, and a name it cannot place is left for you rather than guessed.
Nothing is saved until you say so. A review screen shows every row for you to correct first, and rows where the written rate disagrees with the app's calculated rate by more than five per cent are flagged.
Before the photo is even sent, it is checked for blur and for being too dark or too bright — so a rural connection is not spent on a picture nothing could read. If ten or more rows belong to one member, the app offers to date them day 1 onwards as a month page.
One limit worth knowing: Copy Scan uses the camera. You cannot pick an existing photo from your gallery.
