Members and their accounts
Name, code, village, phone — and how each one is priced, paid and told.
Every member has a numeric account code between 1 and 9999, checked so two people cannot share one, plus a name, phone, village and an A, B or general category. You can add them from the phone's contacts rather than typing.
Each member carries their own pricing: the method, the formula ratio, base rates, bonus and standards, any of which can differ from the dairy's default.
Each also carries how they want to be told about an entry — ask each time, WhatsApp, SMS, or not at all — and whether a slip prints for them automatically, always, or never.
Search by name, code, phone or village. Deactivating a member keeps their history; deleting one removes their entries and payments with them.
