STPL / Ekobond milk analyser

The analyser advertises itself as STPLBLEMA over Bluetooth Low Energy. Dairywala finds it in the phone's paired list, remembers it, and reconnects on its own the next morning.

Each reading arrives as a 25-byte frame. Dairywala reads fat, SNF, CLR and added water out of it, and ignores the machine's configuration bytes. The numbers drop straight into the entry form, so the rate and the amount are worked out before the can is off the weighing platform.

The scale and the analyser can run at the same time — the cup can sit on the scale while the analyser reads the sample.
