Dairywala or a spreadsheet
A spreadsheet can hold the numbers. It cannot stand at the collection point at 5:30 in the morning.
If you already run a spreadsheet, you have solved the arithmetic. What you have not solved is the counter: a spreadsheet does not read your milk analyser, does not print a slip for the member standing in front of you, and does not stop you entering the same member twice on the same shift.
It also does not carry your union's rate chart as a chart. Rebuilding a fat-and-SNF grid in cells is possible, and revising every cell when the union raises rates by a rupee is where it breaks. In Dairywala one tap moves the whole chart, and the change is refused outright if any rate would fall below zero.
There is one honest point for the spreadsheet: you can export it and mail it anywhere. Dairywala has no export today. Your data is backed up to the cloud automatically and rebuilds on a new phone at first login, but you cannot download a file of it.
