The 100/0 formula

Dairywala works it out as: rate = base rate × ( fat × 100 ÷ 6.5 ) ÷ 100.

SNF carries zero weight, so it is not merely optional — the entry form stops asking for it and an entry saves without it. That matters at a collection point where the analyser only reports fat.

This is the right setting for a dairy that tests fat alone. It is not a shortcut for skipping SNF on a formula that needs it — if your society pays on SNF too, use 52/48 or 60/40.
